What Our Customers Think

Excellent

4.8 based on 1,200+ reviews on Trustpilot

The installion of our solar panel system went extremely well. The team were very efficient, professional, informative and very pleasant to deal with. I was impressed with how tidy, rubbish and packaging free they left our house and garden when they finished. Our journey from start to finish has been very informative and smooth

SC Ryan

From our initial contact and meeting with Stephen Healy, to our installation and follow up contact with Customer Service, we found PV Generation great to deal with. The installation was done on time and the team were always contactable by phone or email. I would highly recommend PV Gen to other customers.

Clareen O’Loughlin

From start to finish everybody was great to deal with. None of the hassle of the grant applications which is fantastic. To the day of install where they were all nice lads and installed in a day, panels on the roof went on super quick and the electricians done a lovely clean tidy job. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything…

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a solar PV system cost?
Costs vary depending on the system size and the energy needs of the farm. It’s best to talk to one of our agri advisors about solar grants and system requirements.
How long does it take to pay for itself?
Most systems pay for themselves within 4-6 years through electricity savings and export tariffs. It depends on the size of the solar system and the energy usage.
Do solar panels work in Ireland?
Yes! Ireland receives enough sunlight to make solar panels very effective. They work on cloudy days too.
What grants are available?
SEAI offers grants of up to a maximum of €325,200 for solar PV installations on farms and the ‘agricultural sector’.
