We put up Solar PV first and foremost for economic reasons, prices are rising all the time. We like the idea of producing our own and obviously trying to save some cash.

I’m able to heat water and cool milk during the day. The installation was very good, very simple and the guys actually were extremely tidy. They were in and out in two days.

I have the App on my phone and I can now see what’s being produced, when it’s being produced. In fact, actually that’s the thing I like about it most, it’s actually now I have an awareness of what electricity I was using and when I was using it, instead of just having a total at the end of the month.

It will help to make us more sustainable and it’s sensible to be using daylight to produce power, it just makes sense so yes of course I would fully recommend it.
