We installed solar panels in May 2023, which were supplied by PVGEN. The initial consultation was with Mark, who explained professionally in detail the various options available to us. We liked the fact it was not a hard sell, and we had time to think it over, with Mark always available to respond to any further questions we had.
Following the purchase and survey we were contacted by the design team, who supplied a detailed CAD drawing of the proposed installation. Again Kevin was very helpful in the follow-up calls. On the installation date, Thomas and the PVGEN team installed the solar panels and the system in 6 hours.
To-date we have had no issues with the system, and Nathalie and the team in Monaghan continue to provide support and updates, as they did during the pre-installation phase. The system itself is performing very well, with significant savings in electricity consumption.
Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending PVGEN for solar panels.
