Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed site surveys for new installations, identifying any potential challenges
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Ensure adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety Standards throughout projects.
- Prepare reports for management on project status.
- Coordinate team members and other stakeholders to keep everyone on task.
- Assist with risk management and change management on projects.
- Manage project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
- A third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
- Full clean driver’s licence.
