Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed site surveys for new installations, identifying any potential challenges
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety Standards throughout projects.
  • Prepare reports for management on project status.
  • Coordinate team members and other stakeholders to keep everyone on task.
  • Assist with risk management and change management on projects.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • A third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
  • Full clean driver’s licence.
