About the Role
The Graphic Design and Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing all brochures, customer information leaflets, social content and providing administrative support to the Brand Marketing Manager.
The Graphic Design and Marketing Executive will work closely with other teams and departments to ensure that all documentation and signage is designed and ordered to the highest standard whilst meeting deadlines and ensuring that all projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing internal and external brochures, flyers, documents, and signage.
- Ensuring that all documentation is designed consistently with brand guidelines.
- Managing social media pages by posting updates, responding to comments and messages. Working alongside the Brand Marketing Manager to develop a strategic social media plan and deliver creative content across a range of social media platforms.
- Communicating with external agencies when necessary, gathering quotes for print suppliers, POS suppliers, ordering and keeping track of brochure/leaflet/flyer stock levels.
- Designing sales presentations, updating presentations as per requirements of Senior Management.
- Use website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site. Offer reports and recommendations to improve the overall customer experience.
- Submitting ideas for marketing campaigns designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand. Work alongside the Brand Marketing Manager to develop and deliver creative and engaging campaigns across a range of sectors.
- Writing and designing social content when needed. Including graphics for emails, website and other digital advertising.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to gather content and network with other companies at events.
- Website Maintenance – Ensure that our website is updated with the most recent content and that it is functioning correctly.
- Video Editing – Edit company videos, customer testimonials and create video content suitable for a range of different platforms.
- TikTok – Own a social media strategy for TikTok and encourage team members to get involved in the latest trends.
- Marketing Administration – Assist the Marketing Manager with any administration required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or equivalent experience.
- At least two years’ experience in a Marketing or Design role.
- At least two years’ experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
- Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to independently design new content, brochures, and catalogues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
- Strong Communication Skills, a team player with a “Can Do” attitude.
