After diligent planning and scrutiny from the fire chief to meet the fire station’s health and safety requirements, PV Generation completed a site-specific risk assessment, safety statement and pre-work inspection. The installation itself was then completed in one day. The roof had some fragile, unsupportive areas which needed to be cordoned off to avoid anyone walking over them.
