Overview:
As a Senior Solar PV Helpdesk / Aftersales Engineer at PV Generation, you will lead the aftersales support team and be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical support for our solar PV systems.

Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning of Solar PV systems nationwide according to Safe electric specifications and SEAI code of practice.  Conduct electrical inspections and maintenance on solar systems.  Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in solar systems.

Responsibilities:
Installation of solar PV systems on domestic, commercial and agricultural roofs.  Engage with homeowners and advise on works being undertaken or changes to initial cope of works while delivering excellent customer service.  Working closely with the team lead and assisting where necessary.

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.  Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our range of products and services.  Conduct site assessments and provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs.  Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution.  Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to address any inquiries or concerns and facilitate referrals.
